Geodetic surveying is a mandatory procedure before installing ventilated facade cladding and translucent enclosing structures of the facade.
It provides accurate measurement of the position in the area of the load-bearing framework, determines the actual dimensions of the building and deviations from the designed position. All the data obtained in the process of geodetic measurements are necessary for more accurate designing and installation work of the facade.
The work is performed by highly qualified surveying engineers using electronic total stations Sokkia IM-52.

The survey process is divided into several parts:
- definition of the technical task;
- analysis of initial geodetic data on the object;
- creation of a geodetic survey base;
- geodetic survey of the load-bearing framework of the building;
- data transfer to a computer and its analysis.
The result of this work is a set of spatial coordinated points that make up a flat, or three-dimensional model, with which our highly qualified designers continue to workи.
